What's in it

  • Retractable keyboard brush — the wide one, for sweeping across a full board.
  • Keycap puller and puller shaft — lifts keys without bending the switch, including mechanical.
  • Gap knife and side dust scraper — for the seams a brush can't reach.
  • Hook-shaped head — charging ports, where a brush is too soft and a pin is too hard.
  • Four brush heads for earbud cases — flat, pointed, short-bristle and a flocked sponge. The charging compartment is the one thing nothing else fits.

Buy this one if you own more things — a camera, earbuds, a mechanical board, a tablet — or if you're the person other people hand their laptop to.

Two things worth knowing

Spray the cloth, never the screen. Liquid sprayed straight at a display runs down into the bezel, and that is how screens die. True of every screen cleaner sold.

The bottle ships empty and there's no detergent in the box. Distilled water is fine on its own. If you want more, add a drop of dish soap or a splash of white vinegar. Nothing stronger — alcohol strips screen coatings.

It also won't fix a spill. Nothing in a box will. If you've poured something into a keyboard, unplug it and take it to someone.

Thirty days. If it turns up and it is not what you expected, email us and we will refund you. No photographs, no interrogation, no restocking fee.

If something arrives broken, tell us and we will send another. Do not bother shipping the broken one back, it costs more to return than to replace.
