Will the keycap puller damage my keyboard?

Not if you pull straight up. A wire puller is the standard tool for this and it is far gentler than a screwdriver, which is what most people reach for and what actually does the damage.

Laptops are the exception. The clips under a laptop key are fragile and some do not go back on. If yours is a laptop, use the brush and leave the keys where they are.

Can I use it on a mechanical keyboard?

That is what it is best at. Mechanical keycaps come off cleanly and go back on the same way, and the space under them is where everything collects.

Is it safe on a coated laptop screen?

Spray the cloth, never the screen. Liquid sprayed directly runs down into the bezel, and that is how screens die. This is true of every screen cleaner sold, not only ours.

What should I put in the spray bottle?

The bottle is refillable. Distilled water is the safest thing to put in it and handles almost everything. Avoid anything containing alcohol or ammonia — window cleaner included — because that is what strips the anti-glare coating off a screen.

How long does delivery take?

Two to three weeks. It ships from our overseas warehouse, which is how the price stays where it is. If you need something this week, we are not the right shop for it.

What if it arrives and I do not like it?

Email us within 30 days and we will refund you. No photographs, no interrogation, no restocking fee.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes. We ship to the United States, most of Asia and most of Europe, and shipping is free to all of them.

One thing to know: orders going outside the United States may be charged import VAT, duty or a customs handling fee on arrival. That is charged by your country, not by us, and it is not included in the price here. Full detail is on the shipping page.
