Free shipping on everything

No thresholds, no minimum, no working out whether you have spent enough. That applies everywhere we ship, not just at home.

How long it takes

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery is then 2 to 3 weeks, because this ships from our overseas warehouse rather than a domestic one. That is the trade that keeps the price where it is.

We know that is not what you want to read. We would rather you knew before you ordered than after. If you need something this week, we are not the right shop for it.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. It can take 3 to 5 business days after dispatch before tracking shows any movement. That is normal and does not mean your parcel is lost.

Where we ship

The United States, most of Asia and most of Europe. Shipping is free to all of them.

Import charges outside the United States

Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged import VAT, duty or a customs handling fee when they arrive. That is charged by your own country, not by us. It is not included in the price you pay here, we do not collect it at checkout, and we cannot tell you in advance what it will be.

On an order this size it is usually small or nothing at all, but we would rather you heard it from us than from a courier at your door.

If you are in South Korea, customs may ask for your personal clearance code (개인통관고유부호) before the parcel is released. If we need it from you, we will email and ask.

If the address is wrong

We ship to the address entered at checkout. If it is wrong, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch. After dispatch we cannot reroute it.

If it does not arrive

If your order has not arrived 30 business days after dispatch, email us and we will replace it or refund you in full. You do not have to argue for this.
