SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a
confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times
Standard shipping: 7–21 business days after processing.

Our products ship directly from our supply partners, which keeps
prices low but means delivery takes longer than a domestic warehouse.
We'd rather tell you that upfront than surprise you.

Shipping costs
Free standard shipping on orders over $25.
Orders under $25: $4.99 flat rate.

Tracking
Every order includes tracking. It can take 3–5 business days after
dispatch for tracking to show movement — this is normal and does not
mean your parcel is lost.

Import duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or
customs fees determined by your country. Where these are not collected
at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no
control over these charges and cannot predict them.

Multiple items
Items in the same order may arrive separately, in different packages,
on different days. You will not be charged extra for this.

Wrong or incomplete address
We ship to the address entered at checkout. If it's wrong, email us
within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to correct it before
dispatch. After dispatch we can't reroute.

Lost or significantly delayed parcels
If your order hasn't arrived 30 business days after dispatch, email us
and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
