Thirty days

If it turns up and it is not what you expected, email us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund you. No photographs, no interrogation, no restocking fee.

If it arrives broken or wrong

Tell us and we will send another one. Do not bother shipping the broken one back — it costs more to return than to replace, and asking you to do it would only be for our benefit.

How to start a return

Email support@tidytag.store with your order number and a sentence about why it is coming back. We will reply within 2 business days with instructions. Please wait for that reply before sending anything — returns that arrive without a confirmed address cannot be processed.

Who pays return shipping

If the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we do. If you have simply changed your mind, that one is yours.

Refunds

Once a return is approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Cancellations

Any time before dispatch, for a full refund. Email us as soon as you can.
